The construction company wanted to replace their existing single storey brick office with a new 2 storey office building which would showcase their skills to their Clients.

The ground floor unit consists of 1 large unit with kitchenette and WCs, the first floor has 1 unit, wcs, a meeting room and outdoor terrace.

The main focus was for high quality, durable finishes which were easy to clean and maintain. The building was constructed using a METSEC frame with a composite cladding to resemble timber externally. The company logo is circular in shape so we used steel panels PPC with a corten effect finish, perforated with a pattern of circles. These created interesting balustrades to the balcony and ramp area.
